Once you have the elevator working, fight Rocket #5 on B1 to get out of the Hideout and heal before you fight the bosses. Located in the basement of Rocket Game Corner in Kanto Celadon City, the Rocket Hideout acts as a small maze comprising of 4 stories. Go through the gym until you reach Erika.
